Our services are intended to assist clients in identifying potential issues and improving document quality. They are advisory in nature and do not replace the judgment or responsibilities of licensed design professionals, contractors, construction managers, or legal counsel.

NO PROFESSIONAL DESIGN OR LEGAL SERVICES

Preempt Global is not providing architectural, engineering, surveying, legal, or other licensed professional services through this website unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Our reports, observations, comments, and recommendations are informational only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional design review, engineering analysis, code review, or legal advice.

Clients remain solely responsible for all final project decisions and for obtaining any required professional approvals.

AI-ASSISTED REVIEW

Some portions of our services utilize artificial intelligence ("AI") tools to improve efficiency and assist in document review.

AI-generated observations are reviewed as part of our workflow but may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. AI output should not be interpreted as a guarantee of completeness or accuracy.

The client understands and accepts that AI is an assistive technology and that all recommendations should be independently evaluated before implementation.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

By using our services, you represent that:

• –You have the legal right to share uploaded files.
• –The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• –You remain responsible for all project decisions, design work, code compliance, permitting, construction means and methods, and contract administration.

PAYMENTS

Payment is due according to the pricing presented at the time services are purchased unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

• –Logos
• –Branding
• –Reports
• –Templates
• –Software
• –Website design

is owned by or licensed to Preempt Global and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use reports prepared specifically for their projects.

No report may be reproduced, sold, redistributed, or used for commercial resale without written permission from Preempt Global.

CONFIDENTIALITY

We understand that project documentation may contain confidential business information.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to protect client information and limit access to those individuals and service providers reasonably necessary to perform our services.

While we employ reasonable safeguards, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Preempt Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.
