Three ways: a flat Simple Retainer ($2,750/mo, unlimited set reviews, no configurator), a fully configurable Custom Retainer (starting at $5,000/mo fully loaded — uncheck the add-ons you don't need to bring the price down), or a flat Simple Single Review ($1,375 per review). Custom-scoped packages are available for anything that doesn't fit any of the three.
A full review of the issued set across every discipline, and a written findings report — every conflict located by sheet and detail, severity-ranked, with a dollar exposure and schedule impact on each. Those two can't be removed on any offer. The Simple Retainer and Simple Single Review also always include an optional live review meeting, at no extra charge. The Custom Retainer starts with that same meeting plus AHJ submission handling, revision re-review, a dedicated point of contact, and a cumulative findings tracker all included, and any of them can be unchecked to adjust price and scope.

Simple Single Review is built for a single issued set that needs one clean pass and nothing ongoing. Custom Retainer is for teams that want those extras — or want to remove specific ones to land on a different price.
Yes — pause or cancel either the Simple Retainer or the Custom Retainer anytime. The Simple Single Review is a single engagement, not a retainer, so there's nothing to cancel once it's delivered.
